Rebar installer • Gurara, Niger State

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar installer in Gurara, Niger State. You will work at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing You will check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors.
