Stitching operator — Indian River County

Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Indian River County, Florida. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
