You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders You will check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture.
