Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Cherokee County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
