Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Six days a week, one day off.
