You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage 5+ years on the tools preferred.
