Site carpenter wanted in Nsit Atai

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Nsit Atai, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Meals and transport allowance provided.
