Immediate opening: plant operator (Wisconsin)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Washington County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
