Escalator technician — Burlington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an escalator technician in Burlington County, New Jersey. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways On the job you will handle: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Rotating shifts.
