Wheel loader operator — Jones County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Jones County, North Carolina. You will work at a landfill site. You will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
