Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) The role involves pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains.
