Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kittson County, Minnesota. The job is in a bread factory. You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
