Paint booth operator — Sandusky County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Sandusky County, Ohio. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience.
