Join our team: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Waseca County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage Day to day you will charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
