Kitchen steward wanted in Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Monroe County, Wisconsin. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
