Restaurant steward — Darazo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Darazo, Bauchi State. You will be based at a beach resort. Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
