Kitchenhand — Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Clay County, Georgia. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
