Baker — Lewis County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Lewis County, Missouri. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
