Now hiring: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Clay County, Minnesota. The job is in an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings The role involves: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
