Dishwashing attendant — Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Knox County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
