Formwork joiner • Taney County, Missouri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Taney County, Missouri. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. On the job you will handle: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Full-time with occasional weekends.
