Security guard wanted in Appanoose County

Now hiring: we are hiring a security guard in Appanoose County, Iowa. You will work in a CCTV control room. The role involves: • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Monitor the CCTV screens in the control room You should have: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Basic reading of English and local language for registers • Height and weight as per security norms At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
