The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Rotating shifts.
