Steel fixer — Madera County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Madera County, California. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Day-to-day duties: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
