You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Six days a week, one day off.
