We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Colfax County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages 3+ years on the tools preferred.
