Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Jessamine County, Kentucky. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On the job you will handle: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Six days a week, one day off.
