Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Hardeman County, Tennessee. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Six days a week, one day off.
