Vacancy available: wheel loader operator (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Tuscola County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
