Oven operator — Custer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Custer County, South Dakota. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
