Dough maker — Napa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Napa County, California. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
