Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Stonewall County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Full-time with occasional weekends.
