Lift technician — Chase County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift technician in Chase County, Kansas. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Full-time, day shift.
