Tailor machinist — Murray County

Join our team: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Murray County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
