Paint and prep technician wanted in Cooper County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Cooper County, Missouri. You will be based in a spray booth. You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Full-time, day shift.
