Join our team: bricklayer (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Logan County, Colorado. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day You will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
