In-process quality controller — Jack County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Jack County, Texas. You will work at a food processing unit. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems The role involves draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
