Heavy equipment operator — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based at a stone quarry. On a typical shift you will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently $4,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
