Immediate opening: we are hiring a truck driver in Greene County, Tennessee. You will work at a logistics warehouse. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Your main tasks: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Overtime paid at a premium rate.
