Foundry labourer — Divide County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Divide County, North Dakota. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Full-time, day shift.
