Immediate opening: crawler crane operator (New Mexico)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Torrance County, New Mexico. You will work on a busy construction site. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work You will fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
