Vacancy available: formwork carpenter (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Wilson County, North Carolina. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. On the job you will handle: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
