Offshore rigger — Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Clay County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
