Power float operator wanted in Davidson County

Join our team: we are hiring a power float operator in Davidson County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
