Argon welder wanted in Roni

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Roni, Jigawa State. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. Your main tasks: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools and PPE On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
