Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Garland County, Arkansas. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles You will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
