Sand plant operator — Jack County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Jack County, Texas. The role involves melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Part-time with flexible hours.
