TIG welder — Merrick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a TIG welder in Merrick County, Nebraska. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding Full-time with occasional weekends.
