Deboner — Awgu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Awgu, Enugu State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience.
