Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Van Buren County, Arkansas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
